Safa is the Co-founder of MASY Holding Est, Nafayes Company W.L.L. and Whystockit SPC; companies offering services and product for the construction industry, as well as helping distressed companies. His past experiences include Regional Chair of the Entrepreneurs Organization in the Middle East, Africa and Pakistan, and President of the EO Bahrain chapter.
